How do I make a complaint about a taxi / taxi firm / private hire firm ?

If you wish to make a formal complaint with regard to the behaviour or conduct of a taxi driver we will require you to submit in writing:

the name and badge number (if possible) of the driver
the company they work for
their vehicle details (car registration and plate number)
details of the complaint, including dates and times
All complaints are dealt with in confidence.
