How do I get a licence to sell liquor

Answer

Under the Licensing Act 2003, Kennet District Council is responsible for issuing all liquor licences.

You will need to apply to our Licensing Section.

I want to make a complaint about a licensed premises - what can I do ?

Answer

If you wish to make a formal complaint about a licensed premises we will require you to submit in writing the nature of the complaint detailing :

name of premises,

dates and times concerned

and any other information you think relevant.

Please note: The Local Authority is not responsible for all areas of enforcement but will be able to advise you accordingly.

All complaints are dealt with in confidence.
