Aims We aim to do this by:

  • Working in partnership with our customers by providing a quality, proactive, effective, efficient and courteous legal and democratic advice service;

  • Making positive and innovative contributions to the delivery of the Council’s stated aims and objectives.

  • Providing positive and innovative legal and democratic solutions to meet customer needs;

  • Providing a service tailored to our customers requirements by embracing e-delivery

  • Keeping costs down through the application of Best Value and best practice principles;

  • Improving our services through a quality system, such as The Law Society’s Lexcel Practice Management Standards and Investors in People;

  • Valuing diversity in the workforce, training, listening and caring for all staff;

  • Making effective use of information technology;

  • Learning from customer feedback.
