Our Environmental Protection Officer oversees the issuing of permits and authorisations under the Pollution Prevention & Control Act (PPC Act) and Part 2 of the Environmental Protection Act (1990).
If you wish to apply for a permit to operate a PPC process, an application form is available to download below, however
