Warmlet Scheme

Landlords may be able to benefit from the Warmlet Scheme.

Warmlet is a joint scheme between the government and Kennet District Council awarding grants to landlords to improve their properties. The scheme gives money to improve heating and insulation in rented properties in Kennet. Warmlet applies to both freehold and leasehold rented properties. The properties can be houses or flats with either single or multiple tenancies.
