It is now possible to submit your building regulation application
on line directly through the Kennet Website. The benefits of this service include the following:
No extra cost is charged for the service
It eliminates the use of sending multiple paper plans
Saves time and money
You can send your applications anytime (24 hours per day, 7 days a week)
Its environmentally friendly
All you require is web access
The process has three stages:
1. Simply fill in the online form.
2. Upload your
drawings using the ‘Browse’ tool.
3. You can pay for your submission online.
NOTES:
If we need to query any of the detail in your submission we will be in contact with you the next working day after your submission has been deposited.
Details of the charges payable can be calculated by following the link. Please note that if the value of your work exceeds £100,000, please telephone for a quotation for our services.

An acknowledgement that your submission has been transferred successfully will be generated.
We aim to undertake a technical appraisal of your submission in 15 working days.
The can accept any type of two dimensional CAD plan and most other image formats. Please click here for a link of compatible file formats.
