Adoption of Kennet District Council's Statement of Community Involvement

I am writing to inform you on the progress made on Kennet District Council's Statement of Community Involvement. On the 5 th of July 2005 the Inspector's Report was received by Kennet District Council. This report has now been formally accepted by the Council. Therefore in accordance with Town and Country Planning Regulations 2004, Kennet District Council's ‘Statement of Community Involvement' was formally adopted on the 15 th September 2005 .

A copy of the formal notice of adoption can be found overleaf. Kennet District Council's Statement of Community Involvement and accompanying Inspector's Report are available to view at Kennet District Council Offices, Browfort, Bath Road , Devizes, Wiltshire , SN10 2AT , on Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Copies of the Statement of Community Involvement are available from Kennet District Council Offices primarily in digital format, by the use of CD-Rom to economise on printing costs and save paper. However the document is also available in paper format if required. If you would like to obtain a copy please contact the Forward Planning & Transportation Team on 01380 724911.

The Statement of Community Involvement and accompanying Inspector's Report are also available online at www.kennet.gov.uk/ldf and during library opening times, at the following public libraries: Aldbourne, Ramsbury, Marlborough, Netheravon, Devizes, Market Lavington, Pewsey, Lugershall and Tidworth.
