NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

This statement has been prepared in accordance with Regulation 24 (4) and Regulation 36 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) ( England ) Regulations 2004 and gives notice that Kennet District Council's ‘Statement of Community Involvement' was formally adopted on the
15 th September 2005 .

Copies of Kennet District Council's Statement of Community Involvement and accompanying Inspector's Report are available from Kennet District Council Offices, Browfort, Bath Road , Devizes, Wiltshire , SN10 2AT , free of charge on Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

The Statement of Community Involvement and accompanying Inspector's Report can also be viewed online at www.kennet.gov.uk/ldf and during library opening times, at the following public libraries: Aldbourne, Ramsbury, Marlborough, Netheravon, Devizes, Market Lavington, Pewsey,
Lugershall and Tidworth.

Any person who feels aggrieved by the decision of the Council to adopt its Statement of Community Involvement may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision to adopt the statement.

Any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after the day on which the statement was adopted
