Grandby Gardens Planning Brief

The Garden Centre, Granby Gardens, Ludgershall Planning Brief was prepared by Dreweatt Neate in consultation with officers at Kennet District Council. The Planning Brief was considered by Planning Policies Executive Committee on 27th July 2006 where it was approved as a Supplementary Planning Document within the Kennet Local Development Framework. It will be used by development control staff when considering any application on the site.

Naughton Avenue Planning Brief

The Naughton Avenue, Devizes Planning Brief was prepared by Gaiger Brothers Ltd and Cross Manufacturing, owners of the land, in consultation with officers at Kennet District Council. The Planning Brief was considered by Planning Policies Executive Committee on 25th May 2006 where it was approved as a Supplementary Planning Document within the Kennet Local Development Framework. It will be used by development control staff when considering any application on the site.
