Please follow this link to fill out a Street Lighting report form

Let us know if there is a faulty street light where you live.  To report a street light fault please ring Kennet Contact Centre, 01380 724911, who will report it to our Contractors, or follow the link above to our on-line Street Lighting report form.  Minor faults will be rectified in five working days, if a reported light is still out after this, time please let us know.  Supply faults can take longer to rectify especially if it is a major fault.
