SME Guide

The County and District Councils provide a wide range of services to a community of over 600,000 people within the County of Wiltshire. This means that the local authorities have a considerable demand for the supply of goods, services and works. This guide is designed to help local Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations (SMEs / VCOs) understand how the local authorities make procurement decisions and aims to encourage participation by SMEs / VCOs in the local authorities ’ procurement activities.
