Agendas Minutes and Reports
Agendas, reports and minutes for public meetings from the start of the 2004/5 municipal year (11th May 2004) are now available on-line. These include some outside public meetings that the Council helps to administer (for example Local Strategic Partnership and Community Area Fora meetings).
Some documents cannot be made available on line, however. These include confidential details, for example private financial transactions and staffing matters, as referred to under Part II of the agendas.
Additionally, some documents such as plans and spreadsheets cannot be made available due to technical reasons. Lengthy papers published elsewhere may also not be available directly. Please enquire to the Democratic Services Team if you have any particular difficulties)
.Please note that the minutes of meetings are intended basically to be a record of the decisions taken.
