Marketing Manager
Diana Pointon manages the strategic and tactical marketing for the three Council run leisure centres at Devizes, Tidworth and Marlborough. This includes managing branding and customer service along with customer retention, sales, mystery shopping and member recruitment schemes. Gathering and using customer feedback to develop and improve the standard of customer service within our leisure centres is also a fundamental part of the role. When required, Diana also assists with corporate communications.
