Do you have a complaint about your Housing Association Landlord?
Kennet does not have any direct control over the housing associations working in the district. In the first instance, you should seek to resolve the matter by speaking to your housing association landlord. All housing associations have a written complaint procedure. If you still feel your complaint has not been satisfactorily dealt with, you can seek assistance from your local Citizen's Advice Bureau. Additionally, you can contact the Independent Housing Ombudsman (IHO) at www.ihos.org.uk (External link). In contacting the IHO, you will normally need to demonstrate that you have already been through your landlord's internal complaints procedure.
