Housing Enabling
Since 1995, the Council has not provided housing directly, but works with a number of agencies and organisations in the public, private and charitable sectors to deliver affordable housing in the district. We have a number of housing association partners actively developing new housing for rent, and for shared ownership. Nearly all new homes are let through the Council's housing register.
