Yes, If you on the housing register and live in the Kennet district, we can arrange for a someone to call at your home to offer help and advise. Please call 01380 734734.

A bid is an expression of interest. There is NO money involved.

You can bid for properties you are interested in anytime between 9.00 a.m. on Thursday to 12 noon on the Monday. You can bid by:

In Person - To the homes@kennet office.

Telephone - call the bid line on 0845 602 1035 (local call rate) Open during the above hours.

Where can I get a copy of the Housing Needs Survey/Stock Condition Survey? How much is it?

Please call the Housing Services section or e-mail us using the link below and ask for a copy to be sent to you. We will then send you an invoice. Prices are as follows:

Stock Condition Survey £15

Housing Needs Survey & Stock Condition Survey (plus Cross Analysis) £25
