My elderly relative wants to move to the area – can he/she rent sheltered accommodation?
Answer
There are a number of sheltered accommodation schemes in Kennet.
Your relative should apply to ‘homes@kennet (External link)’ to join the Kennet Housing Register to be considered for the schemes. An assessment of their need to move to affordable accommodation will be made.

Where can I find private sheltered/supported accommodation?
Answer
There are various properties across Kennet to either rent or to buy. If you are interested in buying a property, please contact a local estate agent, who will be able to help you further.
