Camp Activate - School Holiday Activity Programme

Camp Activate

Fun packed camps for ages 4-7yrs (please note that 4 year olds must be in full time education) and 8-10yrs. Daily activities are exciting and varied and may include swimming, parachute games, rounders, arts and crafts. Camp Activate is bookable as either a full or half day. Activities start at 8.30 and finish at 5.00pm, half day starts at 8.30am and finishes at Midday.

Cost: Full day - £22.00,  Half Day - £11.50 concessionary rates available

Skill Spots

Skill spots add real flavour and interest to standard camp activities. They are specifically chosen to appeal to both age groups and offer youngsters the chance to learn new skills, but most of all have fun! Just some of the skill spots on offer are: Ultimate Frisbee, Tennis, Snorkelling, Rounders and Softball, Climbing, Dancing, Martial Arts and Arts and Crafts. Check out the centre of your choice for further information.

Teen Camp Activate

Teen Camp Activate is aimed at the slightly older age group of 11-14yrs.   Teen Camp Activate is bookable as either full or half days and prices are the same as Camp Activate.

Cost: Full day - £22.00, Half Day - £11.50

Courses

During the holidays all three centres offer courses suitable for different age groups and abilities.

Booking

In order to book, your child must have a Kennet Leisure Card. Leisure cards for children under 16 cost £5 per annum. Concession rates available.

What to bring?

For Camp Activate please bring swimming kit, an old shirt or top, drinks and packed lunch or money to buy lunch from the leisure centre café (where available). Please check that the café is open if you are not providing a packed lunch. The café at Marlborough Leisure Centre offers healthy packed lunches for just £3.00!

During the summer we often go outside so please bring a hat and some sun tan lotion.
